These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sepak88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Sepak88 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at sepak88.cam and its subdomains.

By accessing the Sepak88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria listed above are satisfied. Sepak88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Sepak88 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Sepak88 promptly of any changes.

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Sepak88 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Sepak88 customer support immediately. Sepak88 will never request your password through any communication channel. You should enable two-factor authentication where available as an additional security measure.

Sepak88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally supported payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current available options are displayed within the deposit section of your account.

• All deposit amounts are credited to your account in MYR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the deposit interface.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Sepak88 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership for any payment method used on the platform.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Your account KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Your daily and weekly withdrawal limits for your account tier have not been reached.
• Your account is in good standing — no pending security reviews, fraud investigations, or Terms violations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. Sepak88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

Processing Times

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed in under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank wire transfers: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20: Dependent on blockchain confirmation time, typically 15–30 minutes.

Processing times are indicative and may vary during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Sepak88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements are specified on a per-promotion basis and typically range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Sepak88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, exploiting promotional mechanics, or engaging in pattern betting to manipulate outcome variance — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be used as part of any commercial gambling or arbitrage strategy.

All bets placed on Sepak88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, casino, live dealer, or instant games. In placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant game or market.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at Sepak88's discretion, unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• Sepak88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of clearly erroneous odds — including manifest errors in pricing, data feed failures, or systems issues that result in odds materially different from market consensus.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by player tier.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Sepak88 reserves the right to delay settlement pending investigation where the integrity of an event is in question.

For sports betting specifically, all results are settled based on official outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and other football competitions, the Football Association of Malaysia, Premier League, and UEFA respectively are the recognised governing bodies for result determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sepak88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence software to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Match fixing, match manipulation, or any collusion with other players or third parties to affect the outcome of any event.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits after wagering on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other masking technology.

Sepak88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player eligibility. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document, both clearly visible and without obstruction.

Sepak88 will process KYC submissions within approximately 24–48 hours. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from Sepak88 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Sepak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, Sepak88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sepak88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

Sepak88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service outages, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability.

Sepak88 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction relevant to your circumstances.

Sepak88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Sepak88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
